I have now a Terratec EWS88 MT but I'm thinkin' of selling it.I did all that was posible to get rid of clicks & pops but it's still a problem.At very low latency I get clicks.
OK so I want to buy a new sound card better that this one and at a good price.(600$-700$) I heard many great things about DELTA 1010 from Midi Man and about MOTU (828 ,896) products as well.
So now I'm curious about your opinions! What do I want from my soundcard? (audio interface) :

-I want it to have a great sound at 24 bit (32) 96 KHZ
-At least 8 analog in/out (jacks or cannon if possible not RCA) 10 would be great!
-one in/out ADAT/optical
-one in/out s/p dif
-I want it to have a frendly control panel
-ASIO1 / ASIO2 driver
-GSIF for Gigastudio use
-I want it to work with best results in Cubase SX
-Don't wanna hear any cliks or pops at very low latencys 8ms-3ms
-And if is possible to have some real time effects on board it would be great! (this is not necesarily)
- I would be better not to be a german product becouse my terratec is and I hate it.
- The price should be 600$-700$ TOP.

So do you guys have any ideeas?

Go for RME Hammerfall Multiface, latency 1.5 msec.Lots of inputs and outputs,virtual mixer, best specs and german quality
