Any place where I can call & talk to a knowledgeable person who can help me to find out what's the part number I need & place an order?

I'm not sure what your Fender needs are but these guys are good for just about everything guitar-wise:

www.allparts.com

And of course:

http://www.guitar-parts.com

For heavy duty customising, go to:

guitarfetish.com has the best prices that Ive seen. If you really want to move up in quality go to glendale guitars

What is it that you need?

FWIW, I bought AllParts saddles for a Roland-Ready Strat and they didn't fit (Mexican Strats have a more narrow spacing, it seems).

One call to AllParts and they sent me the right ones with no shipping charge (it cost me about $1.25 to ship the ones I had to them).

Good luck.......

Nothing serious. One of tuner keys on my bass is broke, need to get a replacement. Thanks for recommendations, I haven't had time to call them up yet, but as soon as I get to it I will.
