Hello forum,

I'm totally new here and don't know if this is the right subforum for my request. At present, I want to get used to my equipment and practice my recording/mixing/producing skills by trying to re-record some "evergreens" from scratch in order to get as close as possible to the original sound.

I have a loooooong list of songs from which I want to cover some in the future. However, I'm not a king on the guitars, and my voice is as male as I am.

So I need someone playing guitar parts for me. A can play the guitar, but not so well. For strumming chords on an acoustic guitar it's enough, but all pickings, soli or electric rhythm guitars are beyond my skills.

Further, I need some female vocals, for lead vocals as well as for backing vocals.

In all cases, the cooperation would be non-commercial, i.e. I couldn't pay anything for it. It's just for my private "pleasure" and practicing. In the end, I could give the complete song the those helping fellows, but only on a private base - as I do not own the rights of the covered songs!

A last word to the guitars: The aim of my practicing is to form a sound from the very rough tracks, i.e. it would be nice if you would deliver the "clean" versions of the tracks, without distortion, effects and so... I want to get used to mastering my amp simulations...
