i need to know that is some digital mixers that can controll my mixer ( fader ) on my cubase

Are you looking for color, or using external hardware?
If not, and it's just for mixing, a really big LCD, and mixing ITB may be the answer....
FWIW I've used one of these with Pro Tools and I found I could get more done faster mixing ITB. YMMV

Thats a good link you posted there. I tried it out and it works pretty well if thats the issue you are dealing with..
