Hey, a waves vocal tuner lite came with my waves bundle and I need to use it on a vocal. However, with pro tools, because waves re-wire does not automatically set up, i've been having problems. I put re-wire on an aux. input and changed everything to "no input." However, my vocal still lags and sometimes sounds robotic and stumbles through the plug-in. Anyone ever use this plug-in? Any help on managing this would be greatly appreciated. (MY DEADLINE IS NEXT WEEK!!!)

Just Install re-wire make no changes on the track an then open tune.
That should work.

I have the waves vocal plug. But I dont use it asa rtas plug because it is does use a lot of CPU.

I use the audio suite version and apply the vocal tune to the track.

But you should do all your edits/comp work, and clean ups first then duplicate the playlist and then apply vocal tune so if there's something you dont like you can always go back to that other playlist do another duplication of the NOT vocal tuned playlist and give it another shot.
