The new product announcements have me interested in getting a Macintosh for the family. The new web browser and the new video stuff are what peaked my interest.

I'm really into this browser (safari) at the moment although there are some issues (authentication with online webmail and the like).

I haven't made it crash in OSX at all which is pretty good although I always think that Apple software betas are better than many final versions from other companies..

Good stuff though... Razz

I just saw the new commercial for the smaller and larger mac notebooks. It features the guy that plays Mini-Me in the Austin Power movies, and Yao Ming, 7 foot 5 inch basketball player for the Houston Rockets via China. Pretty funny. It takes place on a plane, and they are sitting next to each other. Yao Ming reaches up into the overhead compartment, without getting up, and grabs his new small notebook. Of course then the minime guy grabs his new seventeen inch monitor... it's pretty funny. Razz

I was sad enough to watch some of the keynote (alright, I still love my broadband connection.. Big Grin ) and saw it played on the video screen there. The crowd pissed themselves. It is pretty funny...

I have read that MAc is doing its effort to come up which is suitable for people. Some like it big and other like it smaller so I think it is necessary to have a choice right?.
