I just got my 400F today and everything is working lovely except for my Music xpc not recognizing it in the sound device manager but it works perfect in Ableton and Reason.

So basiclly i can't hear any audio streaming from Internet Explorer.

Any suggestions?

I can't remember the name (wdm comes to mind but I'm not sure) of the drivers needed for computer audio (real player, iTunes, etc) but the 400 doesn't run on them. So, the good news is, your 400 isn't broken but you can't listen to internet radio through your studio monitors. I had the same issue when I got mine and that was the answer that I found.
