Anyone know how to take these mic pictures and turn them into an Avatar? 50x50

50 X 50's really dinky. If you want to use these here the original 240 X 240 is OK, too.

I used the larger Avatar. I thought Avatars ate up
bite space, so I was going to go small for that reason.
