I'm enjoying this immensely. Dot, you should check out some of the stuff on Embryo, if you haven't already, here. It's all released under creative commons and you can download the albums from that page. A Beautiful Machine is really good, Terminal Sound System's good if you like minimalist, Circle of Lebanon's worth checking out.

Was very psyched to see IAC listeners so receptive to my chill & ambient programming. I really just put Chill Out One together so I'd be more informed for my interview with Scott at IAC. I enjoy listening to the music, and figured a few other people would, too. No one had gone in and started a proper station with this kind of programming. And I didn't think compared to a lot of the singer/songwriter programming that chill/ambient would be all that popular with the IAC crowd. I guess I was wrong. : )

The music there blows me away. I'm having more fun there than even in the heydays of Napster. The Chill & Ambient music at IAC is every bit on par with what I have in my CD collection and the label stuff I listen to at places like http://di.fm/chillout/.

If IAC wants their Chill – I'll serve it up.

IAC station ranks were updated today. Chill Zone One is currently ranked at #4! Yowsa.

Chill Zone Two also came in as a Top Station, ranked at #18.

Very cool to see there's so many chill and ambient listeners at IAC.

Chill Zone One dropped down to around #36 for the last couple of weeks. This week it's back up to #4 out of 2200+ stations @ IAC. Peeps are still chillin'.
