Wow these headphones really do look cool... I did a read up on them at their site!
A lot of the models SoundPure lists, Ultrasone doesn't. I wanted to figure out what the 2000 PL were for instance, and the Ultrasone's site skips from 750 to 2500. Have you tried these hp's, Dan? Have you tried the ones with the "surround" feature... That looks really neat! Also, check out these... http://www.edition7.com/ Now THOSE are sweet looking headphones... So fancy you have to email them, beg AND mortgage your house to get a pair! Puff Daddy could skip the last 2 steps, I suppose... But still. -Dusty |

Yeah man, Grados are tha shit! I have SR225s, a couple models down from the RS1s. They're rumored to be "in the ballpark" but damn, those figured mahogany earcups are sexy! ...And supposedly complimentary to the sound. Grados still strike me as the most articulate phones I've laid my ears on, though they offer some tradeoffs. They're open ear so you can't track with them and they're not good if you don't want to bug the person sitting next to you.
I'm really curious about these Ultrasones though, they look very interesting. I'm itchin' to hear 'em __________________________________ Because I felt like it, you stupid machine. |
