Listening to the session 1 and the other ones I must admit that I don't know if the sound is better with Lucid converter rather than Apogee Rosetta. What's your opinion?

Gian, the Lucid 9624 and the Rosetta both have their fans. I haven't been the one plugging in the connections in the back of the A/D's, but the Rosetta evidently offers more connectivity options than the Lucid 9624.

The engineers at the studio here prefer the Rosetta.

Having both... I generally prefer the tone of the Lucid to the Rosetta... but prefer the overall flavor, and greatly appreciate the features of the Apogee "Mini-Me" to both.

Best of luck with your search.
