It would be nice to see the Chandler DT2 (EMI) and 1272 in the sessions. The Helios and a Vintech Audio Neve rack would be great too.

I have to say I think these sessions are awesome. I'm longing for the bass session to be online. I know this is one of the toughest instruments to record. I'm a bass player and a studio owner myself...

Think the MCI's are true nr:1's so far without comparison. Phoenix Audio and API coming after about equal.

I'm about to buy two channels of a preamp to work with rock music. I want that rich and fat sound.

Hi Hans. Welcome. We're talking w/ Chandler. I don't announce gear until it's confirmed. We do have a Vintech Dual 72 and will have it soon on some of the sessions. We're just getting started and have a lot of gear to go through.

Bass is tough, yes. : ) We actually completely re-recorded Session 3 and it will be online in the next day or so.
