Hey Dan,

Any chance we're going to hear the Grace 101 with mic?

Thanks, you're doing an awesome job. I'm thankful.

Cary

Hi, Cary. Yes, the 101 and the Lunatec V3, both from Grace Designs, will be on some of the next sessions.

What would you like to hear? What mic? Voice...acoustic guitar...bongos...bagpipes....

Great! Mics could be SP C1, Octava MK-319, Octava MC012, etc.

Could you do Male vocal and acoustic guitar?

Anything else would be bonus. Bagpipes, Hammer dulcimer, tubular bells. Actually, the bells would be a good pre test. Big Grin

Thanks

Cary

Cary,
Thanks for the suggestions. In addition to the dulcimer and bagpipes, I'm suggesting to Dan that we track a juice harp and a thumb piano. Maybe even run them both through a leslie cabi Big Grinnet.

Hey Bruce !

Wow I did realize Myrtle had such as big bag pipe influence. Smile

I guess when I come down for bike week they get drowned out by drag pipes. Big Grin

Yes I'm very much anticipating any Grace101 clips you decide to throw on there. Though at this time all I have is an sm57 I'd love to hear how it does with some condensers for acoustic/electric guitar especially. thanks for the great site...

I’d certainly like to hear samples of acoustic guitar along with male and female vocals.

Incidentally, you might want to put one or two samples of the same pres on each new session to help us compare between sessions. Maybe you could throw in a GR-NV and Hardy M1 sample in each session for a reference. It’s difficult to form an opinion if we don’t have a benchmark. Just an idea.
