The general concensus is that semi rigid insulation will give you better performance than foam. Not to mention it's a hell of alot cheaper.

Sorry, just google Johns Manville and go to thair site. Click on insulation and then on the where to buy and type in your address. It will give you a list of local distributers and their location to you. They might carry several different manufacturers so ask them. You're looking for "semi-rigid insulation or an equivelant to OC 703." It's a little work but will save you a ton of cash. And make eyour room sound good.

so i got it up and everything sound 100 times better...when when i get really loud i get a ringing noise...im thinking maybe its from my window?is there anything i can dop boutt he window?

Well, that was fast. I don't know what you mean by really loud, but make sure you're not hurting yourself. It's not a fun way to live. Anyway, you might try gluing some of that foam on the window and that might dampen the ring.
