36 channel D&R series 4000 console
I am selling my 36 channel D&R series 4000 console. I have loved working on this board but I have recently upgraded to a bigger D&R.

This is a fully modular 36 channel in line console (72 inputs) with 6 aux sends and D&Rs unique floating sub group system. It comes with 5 spare channel modules as well as a spare non working Master module and power supply (for parts). It has a beautifully rebuilt power supply and upgraded with Alps faders. We also did custom wood work on the frame. Its got real "wow' factor. If you want to get into OTB mixing and have a console that will impress clients at a low price, this is the board.

Nice sounding clean pres and very musical EQ (I like them better than any plug in EQ I have tried) Its got a few quirks: The phantom power does not work (easy to use external phantom though) and its a mk-II console with a mk-I master section which means it only has the sub group routing capabilities of the mk-I.

Supposedly Ice-T did his last album on this board. I can not verify that but it did get used on projects with Terry Bozzio, Tony Levin, Gregg Bissonette.... I put together a disc of a few songs I mixed on this board if any wants to come by and pick one up.

The console is in LA and being sold "as is". Local pick up only. I will not ship. Its sitting in the live room of my studio and I am not in a big rush to sell it, so if any one that wants to come by and spend time going through it, or bringing a tech by is welcome to do so.
