Keep in mind that I did NOT add any EQ to this track....only the BBE. Bubba didn't want to reshape the mix per se, just add in some oomph. I am many things but a masterful EQ guru aint one of them. The biggest problem I have now is the speakers I am using to monitor. They're decent enough, but we not really intended for this type of application. They are high end EV PC speakers. Nice, but they create too much color to the sound to be useful for trying anything with an EQ. Because of the inherent coloration, any attempt to EQ it simply comes out sounding retarded on a real world sound system. And yes I am shopping for something beeter as we speak
