I listened to the tunes Ivette and I must say that there's this feeling of joy and excitement that seems to run through your work. My helpful suggestion would be to simplify your arrangements. IMO "the ghost" would be better if you found a simpler groove(I'm talking bass and drums). And I was expecting an ode to foul smells on Methane Mysteries but instead was treated to a Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea Captain Nemo romp. Good one!

Those songs are sooooooo cool! I really like artists who are doing their own thing and being creative. Having said that, you have that Lily Allen thing happening...very cool

Ivette, sorry to come back so late. I love everything about the voice, composition, and everything else you're doing...except for the drums. There are places where the timing of the drums is just enough out of whack that it distracts me from enjoying the music.

Bob "Tao" had a record like that a few years back. IMO, it could have been world-class. But those darned drum tracks that weren't tight rhythmically got just enough in the way of tru enjoyment.

Have you played around with editing drum tracks?

No, not really I am pretty new to recording drums. I have been using drumagog.

I am working on improving with the drum tracks, but it's hard

I'm working on yet another ep called "No, no, no". 2 songs are done so far. I posted another thread in the mmmmmmmusic section about it.
