Hello again,
Thanks to all of the great reviews, we are being picked up by Audio Agency Europe in the UK. We just sent the samples sets of EX-29's for evaluation. We have many customers in Europe through the website but they are always asking us which dealers will have our EX-29's to try out in the stores. This should spread our headphones in the European marketplace before too long. Hope it is spring time in your areas. The flowers are starting to bloom in St. Louis and so are our sales thanks to your help in spreading the word about our unique isolation headphones. See you later, John Josef |

John--
I like your headphones a lot. They are one of the best products I've had in for review. I'm going to post a review after a few more sessions with them. I love St. Louis. I particularly like to visit the Missouri Botanical Garden. --Steve, publisher of Mojo Pie www.piemusic.com |

Hello Steve,
Our Botanical Gardens are one of the best in the world. Glad you like our headphones. We really take suggestions and comments about our headphones seriously. We have only had a few customers with complaints. Without sounding sexist, a few of the female drummers that have purchased our headphones through our website say that the isolation headphones are uncomfortable to wear. We feel that they have obviously not tried the other isolation headphones that are available so we have added a note on the headband that says our headbands are like a new baseball glove and will stretch out over a little time. Just by putting them around the arm of a sofa on a manikin head when not in use will stretch them to the perfect fit for each individual. We suggest that they don't do that for too long or the headband will get too lose and fall off of their heads while playing drums at full tilt. Headphones that start to fall off or move around are one the biggest complaints about other brands on the market. Second, would be leakage into mics during recording and/or having to have the volume too high and still having your ears ringing. This is the reason that we did not use a metal headband. We use high impact plastic that will stretch. It is absolutely impossible to have good isolation in a loud enviroment and still have isolation headphones that feel like a feather and that are not too bulky to wear. I think we have a good balance of what is necessary for doing the job at an affordable price. We have added a very small black and white tag to the end of the cord near the plug that says, "MAX. IMPUT POWER 120mw....Turn down level on high powered headphone amps before plugging in EX-29's" We use very efficient speakers that need very little power to do the job. With good isolation, high powered speakers are not needed in our headphones. Some big studios have not read the specs before plugging them in and have fried a few drivers. We replaced them and decided to add that notation to alert them in advance. These things have been few and far between but we are here to help when those things happen. Thanks for your comments and kind words and I will talk to you later, John |
