Do the black ones sound any different than the gray ones that were reviewed? Are they two different models?

Same Model,just a different color.

I had a vocalist in tonight to record a lead vocal track on one of his songs. He likes being able to focus on what the mic is hearing versus the ambient vocal sound. Of course, he's a fan of the Extreme Isolation headphones. We tracked tonight with him monitoring with the Extreme Isolation headphones and when he used an SM58 we just did it handheld with the monitors.
